Deliveries and Returns
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
10.1 EURO ETP SAS undertakes to ship the order by the date indicated in the shipping confirmation. However, this date is indicative: occasionally unexpected events could occur – even independent of the will of EURO ETP SAS, which could cause delays in deliveries. 10.2 . The shipment is to be considered completed only when the products ordered to the specified address are actually delivered. EURO ETP SAS reserves the right to make changes to the shipping costs at any time.
10.3 The refusal of an order at the time of delivery entails the debiting of the total costs incurred by EURO ETP SAS for the shipment of the material. The total costs incurred by EURO ETP SAS for sending the material may be greater than the total shipping costs indicated in the order confirmation.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS
11.1 MADE IN ITALY Shop offers the possibility of receiving a refund or replacing the products ordered provided that: (i) the products are returned within 14 working days from the delivery date, and (ii) the products are returned in their original condition, ie resalable . 11.2. If the products are returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a full refund of the price paid by the user for the purchase of the items (excluding the shipping costs incurred). The cost related to the return (shipping costs X 2, even if the shipment is included in the offer) is at the complete expense of the customer and will be charged on the invoice.
11.3 If the product is returned due to damage by the courier or incorrect description, you will receive a full refund of the cost incurred, including transport costs paid.
